"The property is newer, staff were friendly, and room was clean. Unfortunately the location is within a large mall and parking lot which made for a good deal of noise, even overnight with a few cars outside revving engines and playing loud music. The room upstairs was loud until 3am."

"We reserved an accessible room at Comfort Inn Aiken’s Center. Initially, we were pleased: the room was well maintained, and the accessible shower was excellent. However, minutes after settling in, we noticed an annoying cricket-like noise coming from the AC unit. We tried everything to stop it, but nothing worked. When we called reception, the employee immediately offered to change our room. When she mentioned that the room next door would have the same noise, I wondered whether this was...

"great location, newly remodeled, great staffs, breakfast was awesome and a lady was there to always refill items, overall really impressed with this hotel, will surely come back and stay here for future trips"

"Wasn’t anything special- certainly not 8/10. Just barely sufficient."

"My husband and l came to the property about 1 something this morning. When we got there we checked in got our keys went to the room only to find the lights in the room on, the tv on the bed not made and dirty towels in the floor. We hesitated going in the room as it smelled like someone had freshly taken a shower. We went down to the front desk reported our findings the front desk guys called his supervisor to report his findings then we were told they would have to put us in a Queen size room...

"They have a hotel cat outside that they care for. If for no other readon..I will definitely come back. ALSO..the shuttle to and from the casinos is wonderful."

"This property is conveniently located close to the casino but it definitely needs an update. Our room was clean except for the dirty grout in the bathroom. The shower curtain brackets were broken, the was a stain on the wallpaper that looked like blood splatter and there was a hole in the wall that someone just put a Styrofoam cup in it to cover it up. The breakfast was standard for a hotel, nothing special and no milk alternatives."

"Everyone was polite and helpful. Room was clean. Good breakfast and coffee in the morning to get the day started."

"We arrived at 2 PM but check-in wasn't until 4 PM. After a short wait, we were given a room and the $40 early check-in fee was waived. Thanks for that. They also have a very quick convenient shuttle to the casino and event center which we used to see a show. No problems and just a short wait for the return trip."

"The place is absolutely beautiful. The setting is perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. Here are a few little things that would have made it a perfect experience. The breakfast on both days was original and interesting. However, it was supposed to be hot not like warm. Outside of our room by the water station was a tray of dirty cups that was there untouched for three days. It may seem petty but our bathroom had only a single roll of TP that was almost used up. The mentioned complementary...

"Tudo muito bom! Limpeza, atendimento, localização. "

"Booked a suite but day of they called and said only had a regular room available. Breakfast is decent, but hot options (eggs, sausage) only on weekends. Room isn’t cleaned every day, which is fine, but had to ask for washcloths and coffee (don’t have any). Room ok but peeling paint, generally dingy and needs upgraded. Cockroach in bathroom one night. Noisier than other hotels - from hallway. Door don’t seem to block much noise. Of approximately 10 hotels we have stayed in last 10 years,...
