"Everything about our family's stay exceeded expectations! Plenty of room for the whole family, very well equipped kitchen as well as the outdoor grill option. Out 1 yr. old granddaughter loved the toy box and we loved the baby gate. Everyone including the dog loved the private beach. We brought kayaks and enjoyed paddling on the pond. Were pleased to find so much to do nearby as well."

"My family stayed to watch our son-in-law play baseball at Polar Field. The home was perfect! Very clean, beds were comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were fabulous to work with and very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend! "

"Would definitely stay again! Spacious living area and bedroom. Love the sofa and the very comfortable bed. The soundproofing in the bedroom made it wonderful for sleeping. Great location within 1/2 mile walk of the main town area. Host is lovely. Will add a note of caution to be mindful that there is a full step down from the bathroom doorway to the living area as well as a bit of an elevation change at the doorway from the living room to the bedroom. "We were in town for a conference at Lowell. This was a great location, much better than Boston due to traffic. The house was nice and clean with everything that you could possibly need."

"We choose this house for its location less than 10 minutes from WPI with enough beds for everyone in our family. Communication with the host was fast and easy. Check-in was simple. The house was clean and ready for our use, including a stash of toiletries (very appreciated as one kid forgot their toothbrush). Bonus was beautiful weather to enjoy waking pass the lake and around the neighborhood. "

"My wife and I really enjoyed our three days in Concord. Our flight was late and we arrived late in the evening, but the cottage was easy to find and self check-in was easy. The cottage was close enough to town and the train to make everything doable by foot. Several restaurants and a small market were just a few minutes away, Thoreau's last home was on the next block, and most of the main historical houses and museums were a pleasant mile or so walk. We also did the few mile Emerson-Thoreau...

"Good place, great location. Area not loud."

"Property as advertised! The communication prior to the stay with the property management co was harder than it needed to be, but the owners themselves were very helpful and responsive (the management co only handles things up to a point). FYI it was plenty cool, but it is not central AC. Great to have a washer and dryer on site! The area got a bit parked up and busy because some neighbors took a bunch of people out on their boat from the same dock on a Sunday we were there. It wasn't a big deal...
