This spacious holiday home offers views over Haruru Falls and the Waitangi River by day, amazing sunsets, and breathtaking starry skies by night — yet is only 3 minutes from the beaches, dining, and activities of Paihia and Waitangi. It is also close to boat ramps and the Waitangi Gulf course. With multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, a family BBQ, and a playground directly behind the property, it offers space, comfort, and an ideal base to enjoy the very best of the Bay of Islands.

This holiday house has three large bedrooms, two dining rooms and a large lounge. It also has two showers two toilets and a bath. It has a long balcony with views of Haruru Falls, Waitangi River and the hills beyond. There is a large BBQ on the Back patio, as well as another patio in the backyard with a Hammock that can be hung (located in the laundry). There is also an electric pizza oven in the Kitchen. There is also a range of outdoor furniture, with comfy cushions stored in the storage box on the balcony. An outdoor table with sofa-like seating is located in the breakfast room (2nd dining room), but this can be taken outside; but please return it inside before leaving.

Plenty of off-street parking for cars and a small boat or jet-ski. Check yourself in with the key safe. Access is at the end of the driveway.
