The rental occupies the lower level of the owners’ home and accommodates up to four guests. The owners live upstairs, while guests enjoy their own private lower-level accommodations with a separate entrance. You’ll have a space of your own to settle in, with friendly hosts nearby if you need assistance.



Inside, the inviting living room features comfortable seating and a Smart TV - just the spot to kick back after a busy day at the ballpark. Two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, provide a restful place to recharge. The bathroom includes a double vanity and a combination tub and shower.



Start your morning with coffee and a simple breakfast before heading out for the day. There is no full kitchen, but the kitchenette provides convenient options for light meals, snacks, and reheating leftovers. Amenities include a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, kitchen sink, electric kettle, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, and dishes and utensils. A gas grill offers another option for an easy meal at home.
