Two identical luxury villa`s at the beach, with your own private dock. Perfect for large families or travelling together with friends in one of the best area.

Fully equipped with everything you need for an amazing stay creating memories for life.
We have in total 10 ensuite bedrooms with kingsize beds (no twin beds available!), each villa also have a powder room in connection to the great room. A large kitchens and an inviting great room for those nights you want to enjoy at home. Each villa has its own Infinity pool, a garden and the beach is right infront of you. There is a large Gazebo with dining area for up to 20 people between the villa's, and there is also a gazebo at the beach.
You even got a full size volleyball court in the back yard.
Starlink internet will always keep you connected, as well as our generators that kicks in if the power goes off on the island.

We have our own private dock if you rent a boat, and if you go on any of the boat tours, you can order pick up at the villa's if tide allows.

The villas also have generators, so you should never have any issue if the power goes off. We do have Starlink internet.

This property is excellent for travelling together with the whole famile, or for events like celebrating birthdays or weddings.

The property is located in the Hartswell area, around 15 minutes drive from George Town. You will find convenience shops and restaurants near by, i.e. one of the best restaurants on the island; Blu on the Water is just a few minuts drive from the villa.
This area has very calm sea, you can truly enjoy the water all the time with boat, kayaks and paddleboards. And we have a natural lazy river and some of the most beautiful sandbare in this area.

To make your stay even better, we suggest you to book private chef, butler and/or extra cleaning during your stay. Our property manager will provide you with prices for this extra service on request.



At Villa Exuma we offer our private Butler service.
Daily Rate- $400 for 8 hours (incl. 2 butler, one per villa). Additional hours incur a fee of $50 per hour.

Services include:

Greeting you upon arrival and assisting with settling into rooms.
Unpacking your luggage.
Ironing your clothing.
Booking reservations and tours.
Grocery shopping and restocking.
Serving your meals (not cooking)
Serving your favorite drinks while you lounge by the pool or beach.
Running errands when necessary.
Ensuring bedrooms and common areas are clean.
Recommend and arrange amenities for guests.
Assist with folding your clothes for packing.
Ensure all your bags are brought to the departure area.
Escort you to your transportation and bid you farewell.

Honestly can’t say enough great things about this property. Rented both houses for 16 people over the 4th of July. The property managers were great and answered any questions we had quickly, getting us anything we needed (water etc.). The houses were clean and the decor was beautiful. The location is secluded and exactly what we were looking for. We brought floaties, mask/snorkles, games (spike ball and bags) but didn't need them. There was so much stuff left by previous renters that were didn't need our own. We left the house twice, once for a boat tour with Exuma Water Sports and once had Theo pick us up at the house and take us to a sand bar and Chat n Chill. I highly recommend both trips. We used the kayaks (don’t miss the Lazy River) and spent lots of time in the pool and floating in the ocean. This property was paradise and we can’t wait to come back.

Villa Exuma was perfect for our large group. Anna was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Adrian, our butler was amazing. The house was perfect for grabbing jet skis and exploring all around. Moriah Cay national park is just next door, and has the most beautiful water you've ever seen. We had large starfish and sea turtles hanging out near the dock. We had a perfect week. Highly recommend. My only suggestion is a few more towels and washcloths. Everything else was taken care of. Fully stocked house otherwise. All the kitchen appliances, all the beach toys, floats, kayaks, paddles boards. All the things! Great house! Great people! We love Exuma!

** Perfect Stay at Villa Exuma!**

Our stay at Villa Exuma was absolutely incredible! The location was perfect — peaceful, private, and right on the beach. It truly felt like we had the place to ourselves, whether we were relaxing by the pool or enjoying the ocean just steps away.The homes were spotless and extremely well-maintained. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with anything you might need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fresh and cozy, and the attention to detail throughout the house made it feel like a luxury retreat.We loved having access to kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkeling gear — it made exploring the water so much fun! The host, Anna, was amazing — super responsive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We also had butlers for three days of our stay, and they were fantastic. Honestly, we wish we had them the entire week!Villa Exuma exceeded our expectations in every way. We’re so grateful for the experience and can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend!

We rented both villas for a total of 18 people. The villas are well equipped and have most of what you’ll need. Communication with the property manager was easy and any concerns always answered quickly. Location is somewhat remote but still close enough to Georgetown. Blu resturant is one of the best on the island and 5-10 mins away. Tropic of Cancer.and Santanas bar is 20-30 mins. The water behind the house was always calm. We rented jet skis 2 days and it was amazing. Plenty to do at the house. Will need to rent a car. 10/10 rating

Amazing Stay at Villa Exuma

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Exuma! We hosted a large group of college students who enjoyed the pool, private beach, kayak, and paddle boarding. It was so nice to have two full living room and kitchens for times when the large group was on different schedules. The houses are both so comfortable, clean and well stocked for a crowd. Would rent again in a heartbeat! We also loved our dinner with Shariqua and boat tour with Theo’s boat company - though he was not our driver.

My now husband and I found this VRBO when we were looking for a place to get married. We never got the chance to visit it when we went the first time but found it when we were at the airport coming home. We fell in love with the pictures, videos, and tagged events, so much so that we decided to book it not only for our wedding, but for our entire family to stay while we were there. To say we were a little nervous would be an understatement but the process was seriously seamless. The check in process was so easy. We were able to show up, and meet with the team to go over the house and all the fun gadgets they had, wifi, and everything in between. I can't even begin to express how thankful we were for this experience. The butler TJ was easily the most kind person we've ever met. Between him and the rest of the team, we felt so unbelievably taken care of. We also whole heartedly believe that the pictures don't do this place justice. It's actually so much bigger then it looks in pictures, and so freaking beautiful. We literally had the time of our lives and could not have asked for a better experience. 20,000 out of 10 would recommend a million times over.

Great Space

We stayed for a week with 14 people - extended family. Had a great week. We had a boat pick us up right at the property for a boat tour, used the kayaks and paddleboards, snorkels, laid by the pools, hired a chef to cook for us, etc. The kitchen is well-stocked, plenty of towels, comfy beds, Some of our group got bit by little bugs when we were outside. Would recommend bringing your own shampoo & conditioner as they only give a couple of small bottles. They only provide the first roll of paper towels and paper napkins & drinking water. We weren’t prepared for that - so plan ahead. House manager was very responsive and helpful! We would come back!

Amazing homes with everything you need

Our stay was amazing the the property management team was super helpful with whatever came up. They were on top of everything, extremely helpful and easily reachable. The location is private but has everything you want at the property or close by. Highly recommend this for anyone but especially for larger groups. Amazing.

Las casas (alquilamos las 2) muy cómodas y amobladas con buen gusto. Tienen todo lo que uno necesita en unas vacaciones salvo sombrillas. La atención de la persona que contactamos muy buena. SLICE OF HEAVEN IN EVERY WAY

The best family vacation we have ever had. We have a large family, so the 2-home set up was perfect. The property managers Anna & Luke were wonderful & TJ our butler and his associates were over the top, they pre-shopped, did errands, house was spotless, laundry done, when the pressure in our shower was light, he called a plumber and was fixed same day. He truly made our trip dreamy. We hired chefs who served amazing local cuisine every night, family style, with a gorgeous spreads like you have never seen. We ordered fresh sandwiches, fruit and veggies, to be delivered every other day. The homes were new, with modern amenities & decor slept like babies. We hired a boat captain, Theo, & went island hopping to a variety of beaches/bars in the area, the next day we rented Jet Skis from Theo, and mid-week, we rented our own boat, (theo) all provided countless memories. The ocean coloring is astonishing, with countless shades of blue, and green, with white sandy beaches, and the ocean floor was like powder, for swimming you really don't need water shoes, but bring as back up. The infinity pool was warm enough to enjoy all week, anytime. If you want to see an amazing beach, visit The Tropic of Cancer Beach simply breathtaking with straw top bar. The houses are located in a more remote area, very private. One night we ate at Rusty Anchor at February Point, I highly recommend. Lunch at Santanas Bar, w Mammas Bakery next door was divine. Pack light, mainly bathing suits & cover ups.

HAPPINESS IN HARTSWELL

We chose the Villas for a destination wedding to share a special time with our families. The property is surrounded by beautiful blue waters- Serene and peaceful. The Villas are equipped with everything you need- and then some to make it extra convenient. The furniture is just right, cozy blankets, float pump and big grill were an extra great touch. Oh and life jackets too! We enjoyed the kayaks and exploring the small islands… and seeing the resident sea turtle pop his head up each day! They thought of everything to make the experience easy- leaving you needing for nothing - aside from some of Chef Shariqua’s delicious cooking!! Highly recommend some meals with Shariqua. We had an amazing experience -

The Views

The houses are beautiful, locations is remote. For the most part communication with the house manager was ok. We arrived at 4p check in time and do to a late checkout, we could not get fully in the house until around 6:30p the cleaning company was still there, luckily it is stunning outside the villa. One bathroom was completely missed from cleaning understand things happen no big deal. We were told the water was drinkable and reverse osmosis, but turns out there is a water filter system in the house, only the first bottle is free there was charges for the each additional, there was 20 of us so you can imagine how quickly the water went. Two rolls of toilet paper are in each bathroom, we had to ask for a refresh of toilet paper, I feel in a house this big toilet paper should be fully stocked as well as paper towels. The only thing I would change is have the basics fully stocked, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap, especially since the drinking cups for around the pool cannot go in the dishwasher so we are washing all the time. The house is stunning and has plenty of room for a party, wedding etc...we could not be more pleased. All in all it was a great stay. Wish the check in would have gone a bit more smooth and the water would have been free. Would recommend staying!

Amazing Vacation

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Exuma for my husband’s 50th birthday. We were very pleased with our stay as the homes were beautifully furnished and provided great space for our group. It was perfect for a group of adults as every room had a king size bed and en suite bathroom, which is so very hard to find. The private location and access to the beach and ocean was so peaceful. We kayaked daily to the small island across the bay to explore and enjoy our tropical paradise. The water color was just gorgeous and the most beautiful I’ve seen in the Caribbean. Anna was always responsive and attentive as we planned for our trip. Her suggestions for our butler team and chef were just right. Chef Dena was outstanding!! She was lovely and every dish was excellently prepared and just delicious! We couldn’t have been happier! To bring our whole experience together we must talk about TJ and Talli…they took care of us daily and were so attentive. Constantly keeping us stocked on groceries and beverages, taking care of every detail, and even doing laundry! We made wonderful friends with all and together they made our experience so special. Thank you Anna, Dena, TJ and Talli we cannot wait to come back 💙

Dream Wedding Venue

We hosted our wedding and a week of vacation for a group of 18 at Villa Exuma. We couldn't have picked a better place. It was magical! The heated pools, beach access, and well-equipped kitchens were a huge hit with our guests. Everyone was very comfortable with a large room and bathroom per couple. My family stayed at the Villa Exuma. It was a gorgeous property but what stole the show was their team. Anna and her amazing team was their to support our every need. Tj was the best butler we have ever had. If you book this property Tj is a must. Dena and her excellent chefs spoiled us all week long with incredible meals. Our infant son got sick and the Villa Exuma team went above and beyond and has a local doctor come treat him. The level of care and concern for all of us during our stay was something we have never experienced. This is the spot to stay if you visit. We were truly blown away!
