"This property is perfect for an Exuma getaway. We had 3 couples, every couple had their own bedroom and private bath. There is a half bath on the main floor which is very convenient. The view of the marina and having a dock is an added bonus. We love Exuma and will stay here again when we visit. "

"Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)"

"What an impressive place to stay! The owner was fabulous and even sent us a multi-page document with information about the area. The house had EVERYTHING you could need/dream of! Perfect place for families with kids!!! The beach is just steps in front and the upstairs balcony views the ocean :) Very pleased with our stay!"

"The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. He was great to work with. Monica and Jonas were great host and always responded quickly to any questions."

The property included plenty of beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie and paddle boards, kayaks, life jackets (various sizes), and beach chairs. Genuinely perfection in paradise!Tip for future renters: If you plan to rent a vehicle, low ground clearance vehicles are not ideal for driving to BeauSoleil Beach House. "

"Our week at Savage Sands was amazing! The house is impecably kept and has everything you need for your stay in Exuma (tons of beach and pool toys for the family!) The views are incredible, the beach is clean and calm to relax or be in the ocean all day. We loved hanging out in the infinity pool. The inside of the house is beautiful, very airy and bright, very pleasant to lie ge indoors and look at the views. Only thing I wished was an outdoor dinning area in the back with views to the ocean, but...

"Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this house. Nothing like having a private beach to yourself. Eric has probably been the most responsive host I've had and provided a phenomenal guide for the house and area. During low tide I recommend the walk across to the island on mosquito cay, the beach is unreal. Also before you head out to a local business or restaurant call ahead, they don't follow there posted business hours. Highly recommend will be back"
