Can not swim as mentioned. Only for fishing. There is a beach at a waking distance but not nice to swim in, small and weeds. Good place to fish if this is your intention. "Many reviews substantiate that Bedford Lake House is a 5 star property. Check-in, Facilities, Wi-fi, all first class. For our three-generation family of 7 including two young girls of 5 and 7 what made our stay so special. First, the view from the cottage over Devil Lake, the sunsets were amazing. Second, the flower and vegetable garden - where are young girls filled their buckets every day with ripe tomatoes, cabbage, carrots, peppers, beans, herbs, strawberries, beets .. the list goes on....

"Such a lovely location for our family getaway!! Direct lake access and the water of Loughborough Lake was so clean and refreshing. "It was a delight to walk into the cottage and see the lake through the wall of windows. My daughter and I spent as much time as we could outside- sipping morning coffee in the Muskoka chairs on the new dock, reading in the shade of the black willows and enjoying the quiet of the lake.
