"The hotel was great. Housekeeping was odd. They would only leave 1 towel every day. We had to request another towel even though there was two of us in our room"
"Really lovley area, check-in was easy and Jay was nice enought to let us drop our bags early so we could explore newastle.
Of note, due to train strikes 2 of our trains were canceled or skipped the Cramlington stops so keep an eye on that if you make any appointments that rely on public transport."

"Just an overnight stay before dropping iff our son at Newcastle Uni digs. Ample free parking. A very friendly and helpful receptionist. From the decor it looked like the hotel was a premier inn in a former life. Just needs a bit of tlc and updating, but was more than adequate for us, very comfortable beds resulting in a very giod sleep."

"Good location - walked to the stadium and dinner. Room was clean and good size. AC was hard to figure out and we ultimately ended up opening the window to cool off - not sure how much is user error vs the system itself. Would stay again tho if I was seeing another football game"

"The hotel is a bit far from downtown Newcastle, but you can still walk. There is a rigid control to enter the hotel when you come late night, they ask your name and room number. The headboard required some maintenance as it was not very well fixed."
