"They provided a baby cot just as expected. It would be nice if all the websites listed this availability though. They provided plenty of waterbottles for our stay, especially since I needed a lot for breastfeeding. Breakfast was ample and delicious. They allowed us to go back and forth for second breakfast during the hours. Using the phone line was a bit confusing though. Very comfortable bedding"
"The hotel has excellent internal facilities, but unfortunately the staff is terrible. They seem unwilling to speak English with us and won’t help with even the most basic things. I asked for a fork and was refused — I found that absurd. The hotel itself has a good structure, and the room is small but acceptable. What really bothered me was the staff’s attitude."

The hospitality is great and the people at the check-in counter were extremely accommodating. Breakfast had several choices and was very good for the price, I was really confused to see a lot of negative reviews on breakfast. All in all I would definitely consider staying here again!"
"Convenience at its max. With Mid Valley & Garden malls on site, what else can you ask for. Your one stop shop for everything. Service at the hotel is also great with staff always trying their best to serve you. Buffet breakfast has a good spread but if you opt to miss out then there's plenty local food places around the hotel. Pool is also nice, clean and big. Rooms are good and clean. Towels though do need a refresh. Overall highly recommend this place for a short stay and convenience to...
"Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute dort wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist eine Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Man kann das Hotel bequem über eine Brücke von der Bahn aus erreichen. Die Rezeption ist im 41 Stock. Die Zimmer sind hell und sehr komfortabel. Die Betten....mega bequem. Es gibt in dem 40 Stock ein Pool und ein Fitnessraum für den erholsamen Teil der Reise. Ebenso verfügt das Hotel über ein Bar mit toller Aussicht und einem sehr gutem Restaurant...
