"Absolutely lovely. Booked through Expedia. Upon arrival we were expected & welcomed by the host. The place was family run and everyone we encountered was brilliant, all working together & multitasking, like a well oiled machine. We stopped in room 12 on the 1st floor, it even had a little balcony with astro turf, table & chairs to allow us to sit out and watch the sunset over the trees in the distance. "White Heart is a cracking hotel for staying at Harrogate, situated in good location the room large enough bed comfortable bathroom had over the bath shower it nice to have a room with a bath, great for relaxing after a busy day. "
