"We had an amazing stay here! The house is absolutely beautiful, it’s so cozy and was the perfect place for our girls weekend! The area was also beautiful and had great areas to walk or hike. The host was so nice and communicated very quickly, they messaged a few hours before check in to let us know we could check in early if we wanted and was very understanding about an accident involving a shattered wine glass. Overall a great place to stay!"

No-nonsense, fenced rear dog yard, cool AC, clean sheets, abundant blankets and towels, great water pressure, great location near lots of hiking and a short trip to Franklin/Oil City/Slippery Rock, and a very warm welcome from an amazing host. What more could you ask for? We would happily stay again!"

"Nicest private home we have ever stayed in. Tastefully restored elegant Victorian home with all modern amenities. Historical connection to the region helps make it even more special. "Larry was a wonderful attentive host. Quick clear communication. Wonderful place to bring your fur family members. Nice trails for them to burn off some pent up travel energy. Great hiking nearby and plenty of small town charm in the area as well to explore. Or just be intown for a college visit or two…. ;)"

"We were delightfully surprised by how quiet this location was. There was very little traffic on the gravel residential road to the house. We also enjoyed walking many miles on the Rails to Trails tunnel trail just a short walk from the property. The deck over the water was wonderful. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked with all we needed! Worth every penny!"

"A great weekend and pet friendly. The cabin is newly refurbished and is very clean, comfortable, and modern, with no musty cabin smell! Great communication with the property owner. We used the bar-b-que and fire pit and made for a nice relaxing evening around the fire. Easy river access for kayaking or fishing."

"We loved the historical charm of this lovely old gem! We had plenty of room to spread out with our whole family and the pool table was a hit for all. Shelby was an excellent hostess that was very helpful when I had questions and was quick to respond. Should we need a place to stay in Butler area in the future, we will hands down stay here again :)"
