"The room was as shown in the photos. Clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The Motel though was decrepit on the outside. No one in reception. they had to make a photocopy of my driver's license to let me in. NO water glass or cup in the room. Expedia totally misled on this booking."

"Room, while had some updates in the bathroom, had black mold around the shower base, lacked any shelves in the shower to hold soap (supplied) or shampoo (not supplied), and the shower curtain was designed for a tub, not a shower stall and therefore could not stop water from escaping the stall. Bed was comfortable and only used the fan (not the air conditioning or heating), but it worked fine. Parking was right outside you door - that was very convenient."

"Downtown Roanoke is very loud. There were a lot of cars revving their engines Friday and Saturday night, straight out of the Fast and Furious. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone that wants a good nights sleep on the weekend.
The hotel was fine. We were in the accessibility room, and it was ok, but the box spring of the bed was broken and there was only one trash can.
I did tell them about the box spring when we checked out. Hopefully it gets fixed before the next customer."
