"Property lawn was not mowed before our arrival. Grass was at most, a foot tall. It took several calls to get it mowed the following day. We were very disappointed. Neighbors told us they had asked the host to mow two weeks prior to our arrival. Negligent.Ladder on the dock is extremely dangerous and difficult to use. Needs to be replaced.Picnic table was peeling paint, splinters, and unusable.Easy fixes to make this an enjoyable stay. This place just needs a little love."

"clean house and nicely redone."

"It’s a very nice place. The sheets and beds were very comfortable. I’d say the only thing that could have been better was having boxes of tissues in the house and hand towels in the bathroom. There were towels and washcloths but not hand towels. Other than that everything was good. This has nothing to do with the house but the road construction was absolutely insane. So if you’re in the area staying, give yourself a little time to get where you’re going. I did message our host pointing out a few...

"The house was very clean and decorated so nicely. We really enjoyed our stay. Only recommended change I have is add a bar in the bathroom. I was traveling with my elderly parents and getting in and out of the tub was challenging for them. "

"THE LOCATION OF THIS PROPORTY WAS BAD AND THERE WERE NO TOWELS AND"

"Great host"

"It was clean and nice"

"We thought this was a good location for our family reunion process from our online research. The geographic locale was good this property should not have been rented out. The air conditioning system did not work properly. This process went horribly bad when the stinky skunk arrived. Thursday and Friday night were somewhat bearable because we had to close the windows at certain times to block out the stench. Saturday and Sunday nights were terrible. The house AC system went completely out for...

"Shu and Christne are wonderful hosts. They checked in several times and reminded me to let them know if we needed anything. The house was very comfortable, and the cozy neighborhood and location were great for what we needed. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great place for a getaway. Great neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean. Plenty of space for our party of 5. Only suggestion would be to get a larger shower curtain for the downstairs bathroom - it was a little difficult trying to maneuver the curtain so water wouldn’t get everywhere. The only thing I would change about the place if it were possible is replacing the upstairs tub with something more user friendly for everyone. Those are minor details just for suggestions. We...
