"Shockingly quiet for how close you are to other houses and downtown. Great neighborhood to walk around, awesome deli about 1.5 blocks away. Playground and small park about 1/2 block away. The best part was it felt safe for a single mom travelling with 2 kids. The space was larger than I thought it would be too. Small backyard would a great place to use if it was weed-eated and trimmed back, still a pretty area though. We really enjoyed our stay and communication with the owner was excellent too."

"A few feet from a beautiful park...love the bridge. Short walk to mall. Beautiful yard..super comfy. All it needs is a washer/dryer option for a longer stay. Great hosts too!"

"Our stay in Albany was great! The house was clean and cozy and the host was very responsive to communications. "

"We were in town for a friend's wedding. This location was excellent for all the wedding activities. The house was clean and comfortable. Fenced back yard was great for letting the dog out late night or early morning. A school, park and Amazon trails were a few blocks away and was excellent for dog walking. We would stay here again."

Any questions that we had were answered very quickly. The price was great as we knew we would not be spending much time at any location so we did not want to spend a lot on lodging. "We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful basement. It didn't feel like a basement at all It felt like a hidden cozy lair. It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we could have needed. It was well-stocked with towels and blankets. The beds were comfortable. There was even motion - sensitive lighting in the kitchen, which was very helpful when we needed to go in there when someone was sleeping. My entire family fell in love with this VRBO. Highly recommend! "

"This house was perfect for us and met all my criteria. It was spotless and could not have been any cleaner! Andre and Christina were very welcoming and personable hosts. Andre went out of his way to make special accommodations for us. He answered my inquiries promptly. The house contained everything you could possibly need. It was quiet and in a great location close to restaurants and close to Eugene. The bed was super comfortable and we slept well. There were plenty of soft and fluffy towels....
