"No cart available when I check out, water in toilet not running properly needed plumbmer to fix it Water in bathtub not running well when i need to take shower , both shower nozzle and bathtub water both ruunning out same time and very noisy"

"Located in Carlisle off I-81. Good and bad. Easy to find. Restaurants near by. Extreme traffic noise 24/7. Big trucks racing by all night. Since the exit is right there, trucks use their loud engine brakes to slow down. The hotel advertises breakfast, but a bird couldn't survive on what they offer. The coffee was good though."

"The rug in our room was damp, perhaps they recently cleaned it, but uninviting, nonetheless. No blow dryer provided. Staff was super nice. It was a quick stay, but for a longer stay I'd shop around."

"The Premier Best Western was very comfortable, the staff were all friendly and helpful and the room very clean. The pool was huge and very clean. We only stayed two nights but didn't hear any noise from other guests. The only thing that was mildly disappointing was our room faced the nearby highway and there was a bit of road noise. Maybe staying in a room on the front of the hotel would eliminate that"

"Very nice place, only 15 min away from Hersheys park, very safe and quiet area and the staff definitely helpful and attentive! Highly recommend"
