"Front desk answer me at mid night about the custmer making to much noise, high steps, jumping on the floor at mid night… she said ir was not her busnisses. Never had a problem with a Marriot before. She looks like get upset because I complain the noise from upstairs… we are in a family group with a 97rs old woman. And how can anyone make noises any hour of the day and not her busisness? "We were pleasantly surprised. Our first visit to this location. Our visit was a one night stop while traveling. Our room was farthest from the check-in office, and on the second floor. A walk thru hallway or elevator was handy. Later after dinner, our room keys did not work and a walk to the office to get new keys was a disappointment, but necessary. Desk clerk was satisfactory, However, the female breakfast clerk was very friendly and went out of her way to help. I would recommend and would...

"We have stayed here couple of times its always nice and clean , room keys where not working as usual our last stay it was tricky to open the room door or the pool not sure what was happening we did got new keys on the from desk but the problem was the same, we talk to our room neighbors and they say their room keys were doing the same so Not sure what happened this time. But besides that everything was perfect for what we wanted it , go to Hershey park , kids always love the road from the hotel...
