"Joan's house is very spacious, well equipped, and perfectly located within 10 mins walk from the local shops (provisions, crafts and tweed) and the local restaurant, deli, ButtyBus, harbour and lochs. "This was the best place to stay—a beautiful house, cozy bedrooms, lovely downstairs sitting area with fireplace and dining room, lovely kitchen with everything we needed. I loved the one small bedroom upstairs whose window looks out over the beautiful landscape outside. Lorraine made us feel most welcome. It’s a bit of a drive out to reach the house, but so very worth it. We even had a rainbow and a full harvest moon while we were there. "
