Secluded cottage in idyllic surroundings

The house features a open-plan kitchen and living area with a cozy lounge and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the garden.



The adjoining annex can accommodate up to five guests. It’s divided by a New Yorker-style wall and includes a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a small living room with a sofa bed and an armchair that can be converted into an extra single bed – allowing up to seven guests in total. The TV room is ideal for relaxing, movie nights, or a quiet moment with a book while enjoying the view of the garden through the large window.



The property is completely private, surrounded by trees and far from neighbors – here you can enjoy true peace, quiet, and privacy. Nature is right outside your door, with both forest and beach close by.



The cottage is located near Nakskov, where you’ll find great shopping, cozy cafés, and a train station. If you’re arriving from Funen, the ferry to Tårs Harbour makes the trip quick and easy. Just one kilometer from the house, you’ll find the award-winning Frederiksdal Cherry Wine Estate, where you can taste their delicious wine and take a walk through the beautiful Adventure Forest.

The house and annex are heated with a heat pump, and there’s underfloor heating in the kitchen, bathroom, and annex.



You’ll find basic supplies in the house, but please bring the following in addition:

- Dishwasher tablets

- Toilet paper

- Hand soap

- Trash bags

- Cleaning cloths

- Toothpaste

- Fancy spices

The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, so if you plan on cooking something more advanced, we recommend bringing your favorite tools. A gas grill is available on the terrace for your use.

The bathroom has a 90-liter water heater, providing plenty of hot water for everyday use.



We have a dog ourselves, so well-behaved furry friends are welcome – just not on the furniture, and please make sure to clean up after them in the garden before departure.
