"The windows of the room allowed all the noise from the road and parking lot to come to the room. Room was full of human hair. This hotel doesn’t care or doesn’t receive your messages you send through hotels.com. Front desk staff quite unpleasant and non helpful. Hotel has other rooms available but front desk refused to put us in a cleaned room and without noise from the entrance of the hotel. Air conditioning is old and makes lots of noise during night. "This COULD BE a great local hotel. It's close to downtown, in a relatively quiet location, with some green space. Unfortunately, the manager is not on site, the room was dirty, the shower did not work, the air conditioner/fan did not seem to work, the grounds are poorly maintained, and I was charged more than I was quoted. Because the manager was not on site, I was not able to get a refund for the difference."

"I was charged for an extra nights stay. My itenerary said I was there for three nights but the front desk said I arrived a day early and they tried to charge me or four nights. I disputed the charge. Room had odd chemical smell, there was no plug in the bathtub so I could not take a bath, just a shower. Old dingy towels. Not satisfied with this place at all."

I did not care for being charged $3 each for the two bottles of water I enjoyed that appeared to be 'complimentary' amid the coffee, cups, etc. There was a note attached to the neck of the bottle, not overtly clear about it being complimentary for Hilton members only. Wow. Can't just comp 2 waters for ANY guest? Decptively cheap move. And ~...

"There was plenty of parking. The rooms were clean. The breakfast is small, waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, bread. The bathrooms had large bottles of soap, shampoo, body wash attached to the walls by the sink and in the shower, which was better than the tiny bottles in other places. The fridge was nice and cold. There was no coffee maker in the room, but i brought my own keurig. This hotel is beside a pond with a walking trail going around it. That was my favorite part. I did not go to the pool,...
