"Our family of 4 stayed the first week of June 2025. We absolutely loved our time. We were beyond impressed with the property, especially considering ours was a very last minute booking. The views are amazing and everything within the resort is conveniently located and easy to navigate to. The unit was extremely clean and spacious. Check in was super simple and the host was very responsive. The grounds are immaculately maintained. It’s very family friendly, we only heard the occasional loud...

"The loft is absolutely perfect! It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and very close to food or shopping or any other activity you have in mind. It is immaculately clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. The owner checked on us to make sure we arrived safe and to see if we needed anything at all. Check in and out was a breeze. I highly recommend this property if you are in the Harlan area. We will definitely be booking again for next years festival...

"We enjoyed our weekend at the cozy cottage on the Cumberland gap. The only thing I would improve on is the bed that is very creaky. Also communication was minimal. I couldn’t see the links given in the message and the hosts didn’t respond to my question. All good though because it was just as pictured. "

"The House was very clean organized lots of dishes, Clean counters and fridge.We were very comfortable from the moment we arrived. I have enjoyed the stay."

"Very nice 2 bedroom unit that looks to have been renovated recently. The kitchen was small but the space was maximized nicely and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner a few nights during our stay. It was comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway.We're looking to move to that part of TN next year, and during our next trip out to look at property, we will definitely be booking with Julie again. "

"My husband, sons and I were in town for our daughter's whitecoat ceremony at LMU. The location was perfect for our needs. The apartment has ample space and was comfortable for the four of us.The only negative was the access to the stairs. It had rained the day of our arrival and the path to the stairs was a muddy mess. "

"Nice place great for rzr riding "

"The property is great. Very well kept both inside and out.The rear porch by the bubbling brook is very enjoyable. The view from the front porch is great as well. Plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. Only 2 minor items to mention. The water in the shower is poor and the front door gets stuck on the uneven floor. These items did not affect our stay. We would recommend this property to anyone. "

"What a wonderful property! We loved the privacy of our site and the outdoor area was so fun and relaxing for my partner and I! The hot tub was a hit for him and provided much pain relief and I loved having the ability to cook on the griddle/grill combo! We met Wes on our way out and had a wonderful talk about the area and local culture- he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We both hope to be back for another visit soon! "
