"Pillows were the thinnest ever, bed was incredibly hard, hard a bad stench, chair and ottoman were stained and sticky, shower head was broken and would barely stay up, homeless was in and out, a fire alarm was going off for close to 18 hours, and there was a mass arrest by the police"

"The hotel is well located and easily accessible to key places around Killeen. The staff were very friendly and checked in with me regularly to see if I needed anything. What I really liked the most was that the hotel was in a safe location and that the surrounding area was very well maintained. I couldn't have asked for more for this budget. High Five Inn is a great value for money."

"Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice. The room didn’t have a coffee pot and the pillows were flat but overall, it was nice place to stay."

"The room are so dirty that you can’t stay there comfortably. Staff offered another room but it was as dirty as the one they gave me initially. The internet never worked, a man was knocking at my door several times, I don’t know if he was trying to break in. At night they were knocking another door and screaming, it was a nightmare."
