"The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!"

"We enjoyed this beautiful villa to celebrate our anniversary. Great location, small but well appointed and perfect for two. We especially enjoyed that it provided two bikes to enjoy all the pretty bike paths of HHI. Easy check in and hosts were available if we needed them but everything was fine and we didn't have any questions. Look forward to coming back next year!"

"Everything was awesone!! Very beautifully decorated and furnished. Anything you would want was there. Very spacious. Wide doors and furnished with all the necessities. Kitchen had every tool imagjnable. I am disabled...unable to walk without a rollator, but had no problems moving around the house. Shower was huge, so i did have to take my rollator in the shower so i could safely wash mh hair as there are no handicapped bars. Also, i nrought a commode riser which made the commode work for me. "As others have said this is a small place, but it gets the job done. The pickleball courts are right across the way and we used them a lot. Unfortunately, the large pool was broken for a couple of days, but once working it was great. The walk to the beach was easy, as well. I would recommend this place."

"We had a great stay at The Alley! Everyone bowled their hearts out. Took us a few days to get the bedroom heat to work but that was user error on our part! lnitially we were bummed that the pool could not be heated due to the time of year and while we would have loved to have it, bowling took over! Our family of 12 came together to celebrate Christmas the week between Christmas and New Years. All agreed we would rent again!"

"The unit was clean and decorated nicely, but the mattress on the bed left a lot to be desired and was very small for being listed as a queen. The couch was also very uncomfortable. Additionally, the miniature coffee pot isn’t practical, even for two people, and the pots/pans were giving dollar store quality. The saving factors were the view and proximity to the beach/pool. Having stayed in several other units/properties, I expect more for the cost."

"My wife, our baby, and I enjoyed this property. The location is great! Can be loud occasionally at night, and it only has street parking that is payment required, but to be in the city in your own flat. It's great! Easy to walk around the city. Loved using the amenities to make food, wash clothes. We were able to relax when it's raining or we're tired. Very nice space as well, with exposed brick and quality furniture pieces. "
