"Annual multi-generation family vacation!What a gem! This home worked great for our family of 8 adults and 4 kids (age 2-5). We had plenty of room to spread out. The back pool area and deck were the highlight of our stay, but we also enjoyed the front porch & swing! We had everything we needed to go to the beach and to hang out at home. The location was nice, a bit away from town but not too far! We also rented the golf cart which worked great for quick trips to Oink’s for ice cream, grocery runs...

"We had a wonderful time! Getting to the lake was a breeze with the golf cart!!!!The pool table was an added plus for the whole family!"

"The location was PERFECT. Just a 5 minute walk down a sandy path to a beautiful beach and Lake Michigan! The tiny cottage was perfect for two people. The bed however is very very hard. If you’re young you’d be okay, but us older folks don’t do well on firm beds lolOther than that our weekend stay was perfect!"

"We loved our stay at this rental in Sawyer. The downtown area was small but so cute and had some fantastic places to eat and hang out. It was also just a short drive to the Warren Dunes State Park which was a huge plus for us. The apartment itself was as very clean and well stocked. All of our needs were met plus some! The property managers were great too! We will be back if we find ourselves in the Sawyer area again."

"Was a comfy cozy spot to sit, relax, and just talk. The pull out couch was very comfortable. The most comfortable i have ever slept on. The fireplace was beautiful and functional. It gave off heat or just soft light. We drove to the outlet mall and 2 farmers markets. We had an amazing mother daughters weekend and will definitely come back again."

"Well equipped and nicely remodeled loft. Easy check in, check out process. Excellent communication. If you are so sensitive- an ac return above your head can be an issue. Not the best neighborhood, but overall great experience. Thank you. "

"We had plenty of room for all 17 of us, however, if you have trouble climbing stairs it’s not for you. "

"Cute cottage in a great location to enjoy all the bounties of Southwest Michigan. Communication with host is a real plus."

"Property was close to the beach and clean. It was conveniently situated. Host was very helpful and accommodating. "

"We saw the lovely and stunningly remodeled studio and had checked in for a Dunes visit (my son and I), but extenuating family issues unfortunately preempted our trip. After contacting the host, Justin, he was very understanding and empathetic. We definitely plan on staying again when our family health issues mitigate or fully resolve. Once again, great host and studio!! 5 stars!!"

"Very clean, great amenities and home base for the area. Wish the walk to the beach was a little shorter but it's as advertised, about 11 minute walk. Screened porch was terrific."

"O Hotel é razoável, passei uma noite com minha filha após vir de um show em Chicago, nos colocaram em um quarto perto da piscina, super barulhento, acústica é pessima, e ainda tinha um frigobar no quarto que fazia um barulho enorme, ficava armando e desarmando a noite toda, o ar não funcionava, não tivemos uma boa noite.
