"So blessed to have stayed here! This was the FIRST family vacation with our kids AND grandchildren! It was the perfect location, and the space was perfect for all 3 families( adults had their own room and kids stayed together in their own room). We had amazing weather and there was plenty of beach gear to sit on or play with. We never lacked for anything! "Having rented many VRBO properties, I can truly say the Cinnabar ranch house exceeded all expectations. One could not find more peace and quiet and incredible views than at Bram & Jessie's property. It is simply beautiful inside and out and as well stocked as one could expect. Where else could you be greeted by several very docile Longhorn steers. You can not go wrong by renting this stunning property!"

"The house was as pictured and described. The rooms were spacious and clean. The check-in process was simple and straight forward given the directions provided. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances you might need. My only negative deedback is that the driveways has a very steep decline which can be challenging to maneuver especially is you are driving a smaller vehicle such as a sedan or coupe. The pictures do not really reflect how steep the decline in and took a few tines...

"This is a very nice beach house. The views are just incredible. Beach access is outstanding. Just walk down the backyard stairs down to the beach. The back patio is awesome. The stay was comfortable with many amenities provided. There were minor kick-knacks however. Checking in with the electronic codes for the front door was a pain. Neither the code provided in the welcome email from Vacasa nor the newer code provided by the Vacasa customer service agent when we arrived at the house can open...

"The cottage is a perfect size for two and our dog. Great neighborhood to walk pets and very easy access to the beautiful beach. We made good use of the outdoor shower after romps on the beach. Kitchen and bathroom are stocked with everything necessary. We didn’t use the toaster oven, preferring to eat out. Overall very comfortable! Carol provided lots of information on Cayucos and great dining tips too! Thank you!"
