Welcome to my homestay,
It is a private apartment in an old French building, located in an alley just 5 meters from the Old Quarter street. The apartment is a place where you can retreat after hours of exploring and sightseeing the Old Quarter, French Quarter, and Beer Street, all just a few steps away from the apartment.
My homestay is perfect for experiencing Vietnamese culture while staying in a lovely apartment of a traditional French-style building from 1954, with friendly local neighbors.
Moreover, it is quieter than the busy areas around the Old Square in Hanoi, which is why it provides a peaceful retreat for your holiday.
OVERVIEW OF THE HOUSE

Other Important Notes
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
The room is located on the 3rd floor of the building, which does not have an elevator. The staircase is a bit narrow but easy to navigate.
After check-in, you will need to send the host a photo of your ID/Passport as per city regulations for security purposes.
Please keep noise to a minimum from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Dispose of trash in the trash bin inside the homestay.
No smoking inside the homestay, as other guests may complain about the smell. You can smoke in the balcony area.
Laundry service: $0.6-1 per kg of clothes (not including winter clothes). Laundry service is not available for one-night bookings.
Early check-in or late check-out: Please let us know the time you would like to check in early or check out late, if possible. We will inform you where you can store your luggage (small fee but very cheap).
If you have a motorbike or car, please contact me for directions to the nearest parking lot (we do not have parking on-site).
A small note: Guests are welcome to cook, but please avoid cooking dishes with strong smells such as curry, hot pot, grilled food, or food with strong colors, as these can leave lingering smells in the room and are difficult to clean. Boiled or vegetarian food is highly recommended.
If you arrive earlier or later than 10 PM, please use the gate key to open or close the gate yourself (as the apartment is in a building with other residents, and this is also to ensure your security during your stay).
