A large glass window offers a beautiful view of the city, complemented by a small balcony adorned with greenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. From the balcony, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the Ceramic Road, a unique and iconic landmark of Hanoi.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen features an induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, and all essential cookware. Other things to note
- Please note that the apartment complex gate will be closed from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM. During this time, there will be 24/7 security, and the gate can be opened whenever you need (please inform us in advance if you need to enter/exit during this period).

- We request a photo of your passport when you check in at the apartment for safety reasons. It will be used for registration with the local authorities during your stay. No other purpose.

- You can access to any parts of the apartment.
Keep the apartment nice and clean during your staying. Would be nice if you can throw the trash and clean your own dishes before check out.

- Please turn off electrical devices (air conditioning, heater, fan, TV, etc.) before leaving. The hot water heater, however, can be left on throughout your stay to maintain hot water.

- Please don’t throw anything in the toilet, including toilet paper.

- Help me to protect environment by saving electricity and water. Using my free water filler machine instead of buying plastic bottle water.

- The apartment is located on the 3th floor, and there is no elevator. However, the staircase has a gentle slope, making it easy for guests to climb.

- The apartment uses an automatic lock, making it very convenient for entry and exit.
