You will sleep comfortably on a box spring bed and a sofa bed in the living area, which can be unfolded if needed. Additional amenities include a TV with cable connection.



The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a coffee machine – filters and coffee are provided.



Enjoy relaxing hours on your own fully glazed balcony – a weatherproof seating area usable all year round. On sunny days, two glass elements can be opened completely, offering a view of the greenery.



An elevator ensures step-free access and barrier-free movement throughout the building. On the ground floor, you will find a communal sauna. There are also washing machines available for use for an extra fee.



Free street parking is available. Private parking spaces are also available for an extra fee, subject to availability.
