"We had our wedding here and it was absolutely perfect! The owner is super helpful and quick to respond. We had about 45 guests and there was plenty of room for parking. We also had about 18 people stay the weekend with us and everyone was super comfortable. There’s also a spot across the way that we found to get into the river. "Amazing! Super cozy and super cute! Hot tub was great! The hot tub stopped working on the 2nd day (it was just a tripped breaker) and the host was super quick to respond and got someone out there super quick to fix it so 5 stars for that! "We loved loved loved this house! It was the perfect size for our family with plenty of bedrooms and baths. There was so much to do to entertain all the grandkids. "This cabin is a rare find - modern ameneties in a rural setting. The view of the Reservoir is spectacular as are the landscapes. World class fly fishing on the Strawberry River is only about 15 minutes away. The cabin and grounds are very well maitained. We highly reccomend this rental."

"The property is absolutely beautiful, and the owners were so kind and welcoming! When our lighter stopped working, they immediately offered us a replacement, which we really appreciated. "We had some issues, but they communicated well with us during the stay and after to make sure everything was satisfactory. Cabin was in a great location among the aspens, and close enough to town to grab anything we forgot to bring. Plenty of room for our group and comfortable beds. "The cabin was wonderful. Our family really enjoyed being there, it was clean and well stocked. The property manager was great and very prompt with all communication. Loved being able to hear the river from the back porch, it was not as easy to get down to the river as it seemed from the listing. You can get there but the path is very overgrown and the kids got a little scratched up navigating through it. However everything else was great and we would happily stay there again."

"Virbo ad indicates the unit sleeps up to 10. It only has one bed that provides sleeping for only two. No additional bedding is provided. Sleeping for most of the rest would be on the floor or a recliner. Guests would need to bring their own bedding or sleeping bags. The washer in the ad was not connected nor was the dishwasher. We were not able to wash the sheet upon leaving. There was a broom but no dust pan"
