The home-fresh dessert on our arrival was a wonderful treat after a long drive, and the home-made breakfast the next morning was delicious! Mary was also very helpful in advising us about local options for dinner that night, and sights to check the next day. The spotless home was well-furnished, and the yard beautifully manicured front and back. Would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone!"

"The cabin was smaller than what the pictures depicted. However everything was very clean and well designed. It was a wonderful experience . Any stores or restaurants are a 20 min. Drive from this property , so come with some food to prepare! Cell service is spotty to non existent, but you can join their wi fi network to get texts, FaceTime or emails out."

"The mobile home was roomy and comfortable, in the woods a minute or two from Rt 17 (easy to find), with the added beneft of free roaming chickens (outdoors, of course!) and helpful hosts. It's an hour from Binghamton, and much more reasonable than hotels in Binghamton during graduation! "
