"This must be the most disgusting place I ever stayed in. It's really hard to even describe... everything is old and ugly, it really is in a bad state. The host welcomed us with air freshner but it still stunk. The host had the nerve to charge us £10 for late check-in. The bed made me want to go home really desperately. My room was number 11. Oh, and the horrible bath is shared amongst at least 8 rooms."

"Worst experience ever. Arrived at the booking and found no key in the key-box. I contacted the Host and there was no response (i spoke to the Host 1 day before arriving) - sent to voicemail; I was stranded. I rang the apartment buzzer and found someone inside. This person told me they have took over the property from the Host and was unaware of my booking. We were 'invited' up to 'have a look' at the apartment and made to 'decide' whether or not we wanted to stay. After the commotion, the 'new'...
