"We had a wonderful stay in our fun, pirate themed suite. Which is really what caught our attention in making our reservation. It was so thoughtfully decorated, and suited the theme, while still being a comfortable place to enjoy being in. Everything was in wonderful condition, and had all the amenities we needed. Our host, Howie, was incredibly attentive, personable, and made sure we were taken care of. I was very disorganized, and he went out of his way to get me all the information we needed...

"When we entered the room, there was a very bad smell of stale air, dust, and dampness. Many areas were dusty, and the kitchen utensils were incredibly dirty—we couldn’t even touch them. The bathroom was old, the water pressure was very low, and the sink was clogged. The bed was uncomfortable, with one side sunken in. The sheets and pillows did not seem to have been washed, and the duvet was thrown inside the closet. We could not spend any time in the room at all and only came back to sleep."

"Staff was very accommodating. Room was ok but toilet didn’t flush without the water constantly running. Shower gel, shampoo & condition bottles were all empty in the shower. Had to call for new ones. "
