"Asked for just a little late checkout ( from 10 am to 11am) and it was refused even after many requests. Owner said that he needed the 6 hours to prepare the tiny condo to another guests. Anyway, we left at 10 but returned 10:45 to pick up a bag we forgot. I was expecting to see people cleaning the condo. Surprised to see nobody there yet. Owner missed the chance to be kind. One tip: get a hard copy of the address and directions because 4G/5G doesn’t work in the area. As for the rest, all great!"

"Great host and good communication. The Condo was great for our family. A little small for a family of four. But we were morevthan comfortable. Nice location, quiet neighborhood and great pool on site. "

"Wonderful place to stay. Had dishwasher detergent, laundry detergents, all shower supplies. Closet with beach chairs, umbrella, even a cooler(we didn't use but there were ice packs in freezer for it) really easy to find, great place to stay to be able to go north and south. Everything was clean and in good condition. Beach was nice sand, a little steep for little children to play in water. We traveled in October, not sure what beach looks like in summer. Close to stores and lots of food options."

"Spacious apartment located in a very beautiful area, however, for those who go to Kauai thinking about trails, waterfalls and boat trips, it is better to stay further south of the island. Dark stairs to the bed area. Contrary to what the ad suggests, there is only one parking space to be used by guests in two different apartments. Sometimes when the parking space is occupied, it can be a challenge to find parking spaces. There are some cobwebs on the apartment's ceiling and the carpet, which is...

"It was a great place to stay. Very clean and inviting. The only issue we had was that we could very clearly hear people upstairs walking around. "
