"Property was even better than advertised. Highly recommend esp for boogie boarding, beach activities. Loved the outdoor shower! House is great. Spent one whole day just relaxing on property itself. Neighborhood was quiet and worked out well, some rentals and some local residents and a good balance of each with a pleasant vibe. Host expectations were friendly and communicated clearly. We were grateful for their logistics support for checking in and out and the rental really made our stay in Kauai...

"We had a wonderful stay at Brittany’s Princeville rental. Check-in was seamless, the neighborhood was quiet and the home was extremely comfortable. Brittany was so informative, always available and very friendly. Definitely felt the aloha spirit. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to Kauai! Tip: purchase all your essentials while in Lihue since there aren’t many groceries/drug stores on the north side."

"Amazing home and best location on earth. Was perfect for our family and my sister’s family. The ocean was perfect for teenagers. Not sure it would be as great for younger kids as the calm part of the ocean is a bit of a walk but it was a perfect set of waves for teenagers. The hot tub was also lovely on the day it rained."

"We were on our first family vacation, celebrating my 50th birthday, and this home was exactly what we were hoping for! We’ve been coming to the island since 2002 and this was our first VRBO experience. We love the Poipu area, and the comfort of this home is incredible. The layout is perfect, the beds are extremely comfortable, the furnishings are beautiful, and the home has everything you need to feel “at home”. We will absolutely stay here again!!"

"I rented this house in August and couldn’t wait to return! It is a beautiful home with bedrooms that face the ocean and a huge kitchen. The grounds are beautiful, as well. It is located mid-island so it was easy to drive north or south for our daily excursions. There were only four of us on this trip and the house sleeps many more, but it was the perfect setting for our Hawaiian trip."

"This cottage is in a perfect location for exploring Morth Shore Kauai ( our favorite area’). It’s a comfortable, well equipped accommodation. We enjoyed the large lanai set in the lush garden and the easy walk to the Princeville Center for Farmers Markets , groceries, whatever else we needed. It’s also an easy drive e to our favorite beaches, Kalihiwai and Hanalei Bay! Jeff was extremely quick to respond to any questions too. We’d absustsy here again when we return to Kauai!!"

"Our stay in Kauai could not have been more amazing. The property was exactly as detailed in the listing, plus more. They had beach chairs, boogie boards, extra coolers. The house was so well stocked. We prefer to cook at home versus eating out 3 meals a day for our vacations, this can be hit or miss when renting a property. This home had everything we needed. Including a blender for our morning protein drinks. Our trip was myself, my husband and our 22 year old daughter. The home was perfect...

"The house was very nice, there was plenty of room for four couples to relax and enjoy the property. Plenty of outside seating, the hot tub was wonderful. We enjoyed making meals in the spacious kitchen as a group. Easy to find, beautiful area, prefect for exploring the northern coast."

"As i had a bad back, i had a downstairs unit. It was easy for me to move about. Loved the chicken's and birds on the grounds. Got help with me luggage. The pull-out couch in the living room was hard to sleep on. Very lumpy. In the folder you suppled for information You should have the phone # for the front desk on the first psge in the booklet. Hard to find. Had a great stay. Will come back again."
