The Space
The main level features an open-concept layout made for connection and comfort. The living room features an oversized sectional sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day out exploring Charleston or for settling in for a quiet evening.

The fully equipped kitchen opens directly to a spacious dining area with seating for up to 12 guests, making it ideal for shared meals, celebrations, or group work sessions. A dedicated office provides a quiet, focused workspace for remote work or study. A convenient half bath completes the main level. There are no bedrooms on the downstairs level.

Upstairs, you'll find all four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a laundry room, and a secondary living area—perfect as a kids hangout, reading nook, or extra space to relax.

For the safety of guests and the home, the property is equipped with exterior-only security cameras and a monitored security system. There are no indoor cameras or indoor recording devices of any kind. All cameras are positioned outside and are used solely to monitor for unauthorized parties or violations of house rules. Guest privacy inside the home is fully respected at all times.
