"Expedia and Google say the hotel has AC however it does not! Bed was firm, we had a small rotating fan, and frankly it was difficult to sleep. Large bathtub, but no standing shower. Overall cute little place, but far away from frequent bus stops if traveling to Oxford and the lack of AC, although other sites say it has it, were the biggest letdowns. Nice bar scene in the evening though! Staff was friendly and food and drinks were on point!"

"Good spa, nice breakfast with a decent selection. The hotel has easy parking and check in was good. They weren’t able to manage a 30 minute extension on the room which was disappointing. The food and service in the bar was excellent."

"It’s a lovely authentic pub in a small village, with a big courtyard and outdoor tables with parasols. The rooms are on the opposite side of the courtyard to the pub and are spacious and clean but very warm, even with the windows open and fans. We have stayed here 2 years running for the F1 as it’s very handy for the park and ride. I recommend staying here. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the pub food is delicious."
