"The place is small, but it was cute and clean and comfortable. It gave us everything we needed as 2 friends visiting hampton beach for a couple nights. Sue was friendly and gave detailed instructions on how to find the place and check in which made the check in process very easy. It's a short walk to the beach and walking distance to the main part of the boardwalk too so we didn't have to worry about driving or parking anywhere during our stay. I would definitely consider this place for future...

"Perfect little beach cottage directly across the street from a gorgeous beach. Comfy and cozy. "

"The Anchor was a great place to meet up with family for a long weekend. The kitchen was small but had everything needed. The gathering area was comfortable with a great view of the salt marsh. The beach and restaurants were a couple minutes walk away. We would stay there again if in the area. "

"We had a great time, they really maxed out and made the space flexible for visitors. We also had a large dog. Neighborhood was great and with the AC you really couldn’t hear traffic.You can fit six but I think five would make it most comfortable. "

"I am very pleased with this property it was as advertised, very clean, great spot very close to beach(minor walk but still very close) and the action in Hampton Beach community.Parking worked out fine for 3 full size vehicles and it’s very close drive to MOTORSPORTS PARK at Epping NH for NHRA Nationals. "Perfect place at Hampton Beach for our 4th of July getaway. Walking distance to beach but far enough away from strip so it was quiet to sleep. Would recommend this place especially if you have kids. Sean was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. "

"We just had amazing week at Ediola seaside home. The house was immaculate and fit all our needs - the bedrooms were comfortable and having the 2 couches was great for our family of 6. Proximity to the beach and boardwalk was perfect distance. Parking was also great and easy. Seamless check in. Kitchen had all we needed as well. "
