"Kitchen was good for an extended stay. We were here for almost 3 weeks. It was more convenient to be able to prepare our own meals instead of going out for each. The skywalks made the walk to the clinic easy so we did not have to rent a car, worry about parking and we saved a lot of money by dping that. It also provided us with a good workout going back and forth. The staff was friendly and always helpful. We will come back again. "

"Golf trip with some buddies. We had a great time playing golf in the Lake City area, and the house was awesome for that. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and relax in the evenings. I could highly recommend this to anyone staying in Lake City. Thanks again. DP"

"The house is exactly as advertised. The rooms were comfortable. My in-laws prepared a nice family meal in the kitchen. Everything is well organized and labeled. The appliances all worked and everything was set to go. Lots of nice little extra (e.g., an umbrella for a rainy day).The house is a short drive to Mayo, in a nice neighborhood.The owner is very responsive."

"The house has been recently renovated, so it is very up-to-date. Bedding was excellent. It is a very cozy house - perfect for recuperation! Would only point out the misspelling of the word Quiet in the listing - should be corrected. "

"The property is very cute and great for a group of friends. The beds were comfortable and we loved being out on the deck when it wasn't raining. Communication with the host was easy and we'd definitely stay again!"

"Newly remodeled with modern amenities. Garage for parking car and air conditioning. Very comfortable home for vacation stay."

"We had a great stay at this property. Bright and spacious with plenty of area to relax and play. The front porch overlooking the river was a hit. The kids loved watching the trains go by and playing at the beach across the street. Easy check-in and check-out and very responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The house and area are great. I want to preface this by saying that I could have thought about this before reserving. This is no-way anything on the place itself. We went to Mayo to have a surgery, and property has several sets of stairs that proved to be challenging for the days after surgery. Again, this was an oversight on my side. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. Everything else was perfect. "
