Downtown Estate Property close to Southeastern

This is a Downtown Estate with Pool, Hot Tub and Sauna. You can walk to SLU and Downtown Experiences. All guest have access to a pool, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, patio and grill. There are tables, chairs, lounge chairs and swings around the pool area. Downstairs is a shared space with two other 1 bedroom short-term rentals. The side porch off of the kitchen and the Master Bedroom offers 6 bar top seats, Table that seats 8 and 4 rocking lounge chairs for a nice cup of coffee. The upstairs porch is exclusive to Downtown Main house guest only. The pool, hot tub and sauna area are shared with the other two other STR's on the property. These two other STR's sleep 2 people each. We are 3 minutes from all of downtown Hammond and 2 minutes to Southeastern Louisiana University. We are only 45 minutes to New Orleans, 18 minutes to Mandeville/Covington and 35 minutes to Baton Rouge. This Home has all the amazing things that any large group would like to have. We have a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Gaming Table, Library, Piano Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna and Sleeps 17 people in beds. We have 3 King beds, 4 Queen beds, 1 Full and 1 twin bed. The house has a fresh remodel with a Double Oven, Double Fridge and a Fridge on the back Porch. Every Room has a smart TV and we have a Smart TV on the side porch. If your group needs more than 17 places to sleep you can rent one or both of the other STR's.
