The accommodation provides sleeping arrangements suitable for families and groups, with multiple bed configurations and a convertible sofa. Towels, linens, natural gas heating, a fireplace, and central air conditioning are provided.
Outdoor amenities include a propane barbecue, patio furniture, campfire pit, hammock, lawn games, two kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards, a paddleboat, life jackets, swim shoes, floating toys, beach toys, and a kiddie pool. Indoor entertainment options include games, puzzles, coloring books, cards, a sound system, and DVD movies.

The kitchen is extensively equipped with major appliances and small appliances such as a toaster, kettle, coffee machines, blender, slow cooker. Guests also have access to cooking tools, utensils, toiletries, paper products, cleaning supplies, and laundry supplies. Emergency and convenience items such as beach towels, first-aid supplies, sunscreen, insect repellent, food basics, and other household necessities are also available.

The surrounding area is rural and peaceful. Nearby attractions include an 18-hole golf course, local restaurants, public parks, a public boat launch, fishing opportunities, cycling and hiking routes, an RCAF museum, fishing charters, Port Dover, Niagara Falls, and the wineries and attractions of Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Guests have access to the entire property, including the garage, main house, and shed. Parking is available for up to six vehicles. There is no public transportation service nearby, and a children's wagon is provided to help transport children or beach supplies to a nearby sandy beach.
