This is a freshly and tastefully renovated house with plenty of space for a large family or group with large sized bedrooms and large lounge and open plan large kitchen.Shopping mall just 300 metres away with all the eateries and supermarket to cater your day to day needs.Private and secured parking for three to four cars.For bigger vehicles on street parking.Nice and quite area with good neighbourhood. This is an elevated property with nice view and large deck with beautiful views.Good size backyard for children to play and enjoy

The outside is less desirable, communication was good but the house lacks attention to detail the kitchen has its bare basics, no mixing or salad bowls, it could do with a rice cooker, blender to make smoothies ice trays serving trays, the bath towels are very thin and small like cardboard and their isnt anymore if you needed extra towels the house has a weird damp smell and not vaccum properly in main room still a biscuit under the bed & rubbish bin full of beer bottles for the price it’s ok but the house needs a deep clean the walls are badly marked thank you for having us just some small improvements to make it more homely

This house was terrible, very dirty, dead cockroaches on the table, toilet set not attached to toilet, kitchen bench was not screwed down to the bench, numerous other things wrong with this property that we took photos of, we did not even stay the night as it was to much, contacted owner who I'd not want to know us, would not recommend to anyone.

It was ok but, basic amenities. The BookaBach process wasn't the easiest and I felt like I was constantly looking for information about address and details to access the property, but also understand that may be standard practice for security?I have asked the automated system twice, and the host once for a Tax Invoice but still have not received that. I do need that to claim expense from my employer.

Wouldnt do it again

Very disappointing as it was advertised yard for kids to play. We told kids not to go outside without us as the yard was hard, rocky, full of weeds and found broken glass. Outside of house hasnt been cleaned in ages, mold spots on windows, both screen doors broken in some way and the smell of horrible cleaning products thru the house took 2days to clear out, Main bed mattress is old and sinks on one side, kitchen had the most mimimal of utensils and dishes we have ever found in all our house stays. Atleast it has been refurbished as advertised with new floors, new kitchen and bathrooms but minus the final repaint to finish it off.

This place SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ON THIS SITE. Very dirty; and mould on walls, ceiling and windows. Did not end up staying because I value my health and did not receive a refund or even a reply from the host. If you value cleanliness or your health DO NOT SATU HERE

Clean bathrooms, house smelled musty and damp on arrival, heat pump helped. Mould and condensation on the windows. Roomy house but furniture very grubby and limited kitchen supplies - no serving dishes

House in a good area but would not recommend staying here. House had Mould on the roof, house was full of ants and dead flies. Wires were hanging out of the walls. Host was hard to deal with and still waiting a reply.

Loved our stay here was perfect for me and my lil family stay for the night was so better booking here instead of a expensive motel, host was great at communicating check in and check out was a breeze no issue would recommend this to others.

Nice place to stay

Great location, close to the lots of amenities. This house only had the basics. It would have been nice to have a few extra things like paper towels, extra towels, and extra pillows, especially when you’re traveling internationally and are limited on space in your suitcase. There was a weird smell in the house that we couldn’t get rid of, even after opening the windows. Hopefully that will be resolved for the next guest.

This property is in a good location, but it’s not finished being renovated. The porch that goes around the side of the house is dilapidated and dangerous with exposed nails, shaky handrails not properly secured to the ground, rusty garden stakes and wire hanging at one end. The yard is not safe for children to play, with rocks and building debris along the garage and driveway. Very narrow entry to the parking area. On our last night another group showed up with a reservation for this property on the same night. The owner was very unprofessional and unhelpful on the phone with them. There were ants on bathroom the floor, the drainage was slow, and mildew on the ceilings. The two bedrooms are not large, no bedside tables with lamps, or a place to put luggage. The master bedroom had a broken luggage rack in the closet. There was a dirty chair with paint splotches in the master bedroom.

No compassion

We couldn't stay at our accommodation due to a family emergency, we gave 2 days notice to the Host to please rebook us, Vrbo (Bookabatch) said this was able to be done, Host was not willing to do this, went around in circle during a stressful time for us and we were the ones left out of pocket for a lot of money, would never book with this Host again. No compassion in a very stressful time.
