I was entitled to a free night. I had accumulated enough points. The front dest guy (STEVE) was so rude to me. I have never been treated like that at a comfort inn.
I was 20 minutes late for check inn due to traffic. And he would not cancel my reservation. So i lost $200 and my free room.
That man (STEVE) Should not be working in a public service position. He has zero manners. He was also rude to the woman from Hotels.com. Who tried to advocate for me. Needless to say, I will think twice before staying at another Comfort Inn.
I am a 60 yr woman, and he was a young rude man, who obviously has no respect for people or his job.
