"Great for access to restaurants and shops in Hamilton. We were in town for a tournament at Spooky Nook and it is a 10-12 minute easy walk or a few minutes drives when raining. Would stay here again for sure."

"Great house with nice amenities & stocked with more than we expected. Convenient location with ample parking. "

"The house is immaculate. Plenty of sleeping room, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The garage is a game room with ping pong and so much more. Foosball in the basement that our family played daily. Overall a great place to stay!"

"We were 8 people. Came together for a family wedding. It was so nice to sit outside under the gazebo. We BBQ one night and used the oven, for a meal and two diff breakfast mornings. The front stairs were a little tough - but once we moved to the back parking - it was much easier to bring in suitcases and food coolers. Three Sat at the island to eat - the other 4 sat in the TV area or outside. Outside rug was frayed and we did have to sweep up inside each morning from the material. ...

"Very clean home and very convenient to Hamilton and Spooky Nook. Well taken care of. The communication was a little rocky in the beginning through the app but got better when I was texting the owner directly. Well stocked with everything you need and everything was in working order. Because it is an older home the road noise at the front of the house is tough without earplugs if you are a lite sleeper. Overall, great home, very clean, easy check out and fantastic location for Hamilton."

"The photos don't do this property justice. The review asks how accurate the property listing is and I didn't want to mark the stars down, but it actually is not very accurate because the place is adorable and the photos don't show this. The beds were A! Very impressed! Location perfect for Spooky Nook basketball tournament. The extra bath downstairs was convenient. Kitchen and rooms had everything we needed!"

"We were in Hamilton for a basketball tournament and this was a great place to stay. It’s close to Spooky Nook, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house was very clean, comfortable, has lots of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very quick in answering all of our questions before our visit. If we’re ever back in Hamilton we’ll definitely stay here again!"

"Was very roomy and had plenty of space for 2/3 families getting together. Lower level had its’s own family room and mini fridge which helped in the evening when families split up for winding down."
