Im Treppenhaus und vor der Wohnung befanden sich Werkzeuge, Teppiche die verlegt werden sollten…etc… Auf die wiederen Umstände angesprochen, reagierte der Vermieter mit persönlichen Beleidigungen und Beschimpfungen.
