Smoking is only permitted on the balcony, not inside the apartment. Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all residents.



The apartment is in an urban location directly at the underground station with excellent connections: you can reach Hamburg city center in about 35 minutes and the airport in around 20 minutes. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, cafés, a bakery, and supermarkets; a cinema is just a few steps away. Please note that the accommodation is located on a busy shopping street with lots of foot traffic and close to the train station—the location is lively, not quiet.
