"Die Zimmer zur Flussseite in den unteren Etagen sind durch das Kopfsteinpflaster draußen etwas lauter – gerade morgens, wenn Lieferverkehr unterwegs ist. Zum Glück konnten wir ab dem zweiten Tag das Zimmer wechseln. Ab da war der Aufenthalt super angenehm: ruhig, sauber, gut ausgestattet und in toller Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal und alles, was man braucht, ist in der Nähe. Würden wiederkommen!"

"The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. "

"Bei hohen Temperaturen ist es in der Hütte angenehm kühl. Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal da gewesen und haben uns sehr über die schöne Zeit gefreut. Genau richtig, um auszuspannen und hervorragend ausgestattet :). Im Garten kann man hervorragend frühstücken und die Gastgeber sind super nett! Gern wieder :)"

"Es war soweit alles in Ordnung. Die Anreisebeschreibung perfekt, wir haben alles sofort gefunden. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und für uns vorbereitet. Sie könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle eine Modernisierung gebrauchen (Bad). Der Preis ist auch etwas großzügig bemessen für eine 1-Raum-Wohnung mit Bad. Sonst passte alles. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und unkompliziert."

"At checkout, the hotel claimed I hadn't paid for the stay, saying they couldn't find my Hotels.com payment in their system. I showed them my Hotels.com receipt, which clearly stated the stay was prepaid and only city taxes were due. The front desk staff disregarded my word and the evidence I presented, causing us to delay our departure and nearly miss our flight. They charged me twice and didn't refund the EUR 100 security deposit. After several email exchanges, the hotel admitted to the duplicate charge, but they still haven't refunded it to my credit card statement. On top of that, I'm out of pocket for the IOF tax due to Brazilian laws. This was terrible customer service; save yourself the headache. I'm still in contact with Hotels.com support to resolve my situation."
