Welcome to this well-preserved 1960s cottage, located in a quiet area on a beautiful rocky plot, just 1.5 km from the idyllic fishing village of Hälleviksstrand. The house accommodates up to 4 guests with two bedrooms – one with a double bed (160 cm) and one with a bunk bed (80 cm). The interior is cozy with original furniture from the 60s, a living room with sofa, dining table and TV, as well as a small but functional kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. A toilet with washbasin is available inside the house, and in the storage room you will find a shower and washing machine.

The plot offers a genuine Bohuslän atmosphere with heather, rocks, and a small pond just behind the house. Several outdoor seating areas are available, including classic wooden benches and a small outdoor kitchen where you can prepare simple meals. At the front, garden furniture with parasol and a barbecue invite you to spend long summer evenings in the sunset.



Things to do in Hälleviksstrand and surroundings:

The cottage is within walking distance of Hälleviksstrand(1.5 km), one of Bohuslän’s most charming coastal villages. Here you will find picturesque boathouses, a popular bathing spot with jetty, and restaurants serving everything from wood-fired pizza to local burgers and ice cream from Lejonet & Björnen. For extra experiences, you can book the seaside sauna at Andstensholmen, rent a kayak to explore hidden bays, or challenge each other at tennis and padel.

For day trips, we recommend the car-free islands Gullholmen and Käringön – both full of archipelago charm. On Orust you can also hike the Pilgrim Trail, try camel riding at Myckleby Nedergård, or visit Tavlebords Honey Farm. By car you quickly reach Tjörn, where Pilane Sculpture Park and the Nordic Watercolour Museum in Skärhamn offer cultural experiences for both adults and children.



Good to know about this accommodation:

* A deposit of 2,000 SEK will be reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount will be released within one week after check-out, provided the house has been left in good condition after inspection.



* Bed linen and towels can be rented: 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person respectively.



* Final cleaning is not included. Guests clean themselves, cleaning materials are available in the house.



* Electricity is included in the rent, charging electric cars is not allowed.



* Smoking is prohibited.



* Pets are not allowed.



* Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
