"I spent two nights here. The room and bathroom was clean. I thought it was great budget hotel for the price. Fairly new property. I came in on the late train and it ran about 30 mins late. They arranged transportation for me. The owner even came with the driver and stayed ontop the time to ensure the driver was they waiting for me. I felt safe as a solo traveler. "It was a great stay, good air conditioning and food options (including options if you do not feel like having indian food). The hotel has been well furbished and all fittings work well (other indian hotel ive been to usually had something faulty or not well installed) and were well kept, such as taps being polished well. "The location of the property is the best part about it, being near to all the famous places. The interior/decor is nice. But, the staff service is not good. We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls."

"One night stay on a month long stay in India. Very helpful with booking taxi to the airport. Room service available during the day. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room with the hotel having friendly staff and an upbeat modern feel that you would find in a European hotel. Lovely hotel. This is my second stay in a 10 month period since I had such a comfortable stay for a few days staying here in August 2023."

"HK is stellar. The kitchen was excellent, room comfortable and the service like nothing Id had before. They let me late-check out on my last day at 6pm. It was my last day in India and I was short Rs200 for the airport taxi. So they offered me the taxi ride as a courtesy so that I wouldnt have to exchange an extra US$100. Ive never heard of anything like that. If you go to Amritsar, stay there!!!"

"LOCATION: The location of this hotel was amazing. It is situated directly across from Sri Harmandir Sahib (the Golden Temple) and closest entrance is right across.
