"This is a great hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I informed them ahead of arriving of a food allergy, and they went out of their way to ensure I had breakfast options. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the bathroom good quality (with good water pressure!) The location was great - close enough to be an easy walk to all of the attractions of Alaçatı, but far enough away to be able to have a quiet night’s sleep. Would recommend! "

"Estava com minha mãe e irmã. Reservamos 1 quarto no Hotel Gaia Alaçati porém, antes de chegar, recebemos uma msg informando sobre o upgrade q estavam nos dando. Então fomos para o Gaia Bazaar (da mesma rede) e nos deram 2 quartos. Os quartos eram super espaçosos, o ambiente tranquilo, decoração de bom gosto, café da manhã incluído muito bom, mas o que nos impressionou foi o atendimento. Todas as pessoas que trabalhavam no hotel foram extremamente gentis, educadas e prestativas. Valeu demais !...
