"Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. "

"Very comfortable stay. Excellent communication before arrival. Room was clean and tidy, and the accommodation was very quiet. Would definitely stay again if working in area. "

Excellent facilities and very quiet so got great nights sleep! Bed was also very comfy - would definitely stay here again as found it great value for money!"

"Property was really nice, spacious and well equipped with great quality appliances and total of 3 toilets. Hard to fault. Only advice would be to take a sleep mask as although good quality fitted blinds in the bedroom they do let sunlight through in the morning. Lovely stay and not far from Deansgate and nice bars and restaurants. "

"Everything was really fine...apart from the fire alarm on the first day at 8:00. I rushed out of the buiding, noone came or seemed bothered, the alarm rang for close to an hour. Is there any manager on duty? Otherwise, I would recommend the place, ideally located in the town center, 20 min walk to the University, very clean, spacious room with kitchen corner and fridge."
