"From the moment we booked Coopers Landing, the whole experience was very positive. Super smooth check-in, super responsive host, very organized cottage, very well equipped, loved the kitchen, very clean, gorgeous views, amazing sunsets, great wildlife, Herons, otters, loons, deer, etc.. The owner and host have thought this out very well, to make your stay memorable and relaxing. Just bring your clothes and food and enjoy life to its fullest. 5 stars !"

"We had a very relaxing time, it was very easy to plan and communicate with the host. The only complaint is that the dogs next door barked non stop at our dog through the fence, we were warned that they bark but they were a bit excessive. If you are bringing a pet, be ware that the neighbors' dogs will bark at it when you're outside with them. This is also not the hosts' fault and I would never impact the rating on the property it was just a bit much to listen to."

"I get to the property and some kids with the new owernership said the place was closed. Place was recently sold and new ownership is cleaning up the place. The new owners seem good, but the fact this place is listed but not in business is unacceptable. This property should be removed until new owners are back in business. Check with property before booking. I'm sure place will be fine when new owners open up"

"The room was serviceable and reasonably clean. To me it seemed expensive for what it was, but maybe that's the market for the area. The host was a little difficult to track down upon arrival as there is no clear office, but it worked out fine so I don't have any complaints,"

"This cottage is located by the lake with amazing views. Beautiful patio to sit out and enjoy. The host was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again."

"This place is a complete scam. Upon arrival the reception area is locked and there is no one there to greet you or take you to your cabin. The cabin was not ready on time and we waited for it to be cleaned. This property is extremely run down and filthy inside cabins (reeked of mould, ripped curtains, soiled sofa, broken tiles, filthy stove & kitchen area, soiled bed frame, walls were grey with grime, bathroom is smaller than most powder rooms). The photos of the cabins must have been altered...
